360° quality control
Quality control is an essential aspect of the company TQM strategy. Nuova Menon constantly monitors every phase of the production process, from planning to handling inside the vertical warehouse, in order to guarantee the customer absolute reliability and precision. From feasibility and conformity checks in the simulation phase, to hourly statistical controls on pieces produced, the company follows a thorough quality itinerary.
Metrology Lab
The Lab carries out 250 checks per day, using an inventory of around 650 measuring instruments and 2 three-dimensional machines. Each piece of equipment is periodically calibrated with the aid of an accredited Italian Calibration Service (SIT) centre. It is also connected to Quarta software, a flexible platform based on a workflow engine that connects all the company processes.
